The balcony offers the best seat in the house, perfect for soaking in sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind Mauao. This is the ultimate escape and a must-stay for your next visit to Papamoa.

Please note: This property is situated in a private gated community. The beach access, tennis court, and BBQ area are shared with other residents and guests. Tennis racquets and ping pong table are for guest use.
